Site Survey
Our site survey is comprehensive and all data gathered is analyzed and energy consumption reduction solutions are presented to our customer in person on our second visit.
You'll know everything we gather about your facility energy posture. We provide our customers with several low cost energy solution options and phased approaches where practical.
What you get in the survey report:
You will receive a notebook containing a detailed layout of your HVAC assets including size of each unit (i.e., 2 ton, 6 ton, 12 ton, etc.).
Manufacturer of each unit, date of manufacture, rated power consumption and stress load management recommendations.
Relative position on your property/building and which thermostat controls each unit plus how the ducting for each unit is laid out, i.e, zone control.
An analysis of your current insulation of office and operations areas.
An analysis of natural heat loads from sun exposure and possible cold weather exposure.
An energy analysis of kilowatt hour usage and avenues where you can reduce consumption.
Analysis of energy consumption of critical systems and how you may reduce risk by utilizing reserve power or uninterruptible power supplies.
Each survey report will also include multiple proposals for recommended steps you may select to reduce your energy dependance and costs.
Both visits are covered for the one low charge of $90 (or the appropriate cost for your location).

Our commercial grade UPS can power your facility critical elements for hours or days. Each UPS is designed and built by us and installed as a stand-alone element or we work with a licensed electrician to power a sub-panel in the event of a commercial power outage of minutes, hours or days.
